Joining local CFA society

Hi all,

I received an email today, reminding of joining local CFA society (UK).
Have you join it (your local one)?
If so have it proven beneficiary?

Personally I'm biasing towards joining as I'm a December candidate, so will have two levels in a year (providing I'll pass :-) ).
